When you want more than a quick answer — you want a plan.
This session is for parents who want to think deeply and prepare well. We map your birth intentions through the lens of physiology, whole-body alignment and system navigation.
We may explore:
Preparing for spontaneous labour
Reducing intervention risk
Understanding hospital culture and how to move through it wisely
Examining health conditions, obstetric risk and normalising birth and outcomes
Biomechanics, movement, stress reduction
Language that protects your birth space
How to respond if plans shift
This is evidence-informed but not evidence-ruled.
We work with anatomy, physiology, energetics, mindset and practical reality.
Partners and birth supporters are welcome to attend.
You’ll receive follow-up resources tailored to our discussion.
Because these sessions are held personally and thoughtfully, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice can either be:
Rescheduled at no additional cost, or
Refunded (minus any payment processing fees).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
This policy protects dedicated time that has been reserved specifically for you and ensures fairness to other families who may be waiting for support.
If something genuinely urgent or unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible and we will approach it with care.

Sessions are currently offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
