All services are educational and informational in nature.

They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You remain responsible for your own healthcare decisions.

3. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

4. Cancellation Policy (Sessions)

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund minus payment processing fees.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be offered at discretion.

5. Physical Products (Mugs)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact within 14 days of delivery.

Photographic evidence may be required.

Refunds or replacements will be issued where appropriate.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is faulty.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, slogans, product designs, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Kemi Birthjoy Johnson.
