Sessions

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund minus payment processing fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be offered at discretion.

Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Physical Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact within 14 days of delivery.

Photographic evidence may be required.

Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Digital Products (If Applicable)

Due to the nature of digital content, digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
