For:
Unexpected caesarean
Induction or instrumental birth
Birth trauma
Or simply wanting to understand what happened
We gently unpack:
The sequence of events
Physiological turning points
Where your power was held — or lost
What was necessary and what was system-driven
How to carry this experience forward with strength
This is not clinical debriefing.
It is reflective, embodied, deeply respectful work.
Partners are welcome if helpful.
You’ll receive follow-up resources and integration suggestions.
Because these sessions are held personally and thoughtfully, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice can either be:
Rescheduled at no additional cost, or
Refunded (minus any payment processing fees).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
This policy protects dedicated time that has been reserved specifically for you and ensures fairness to other families who may be waiting for support.
If something genuinely urgent or unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible and we will approach it with care.

Sessions are currently offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
