One to One with Kemi for Birthworkers

£75.0030 min

Online

A focused space to think clearly when something feels professionally tangled.

For birthworkers navigating:

  • A complex client situation

  • Ethical tension

  • System pressure

  • Loss of confidence after a difficult case

  • A decision about next steps

This is not supervision in the formal sense.
It is experienced, physiology-informed perspective from someone who has stood in birth rooms and understands both instinct and institution.

We cut through noise and get to the centre.

You’ll leave with sharper thinking and steadier footing.

Follow-up resource links included where relevant.

Deepening Session

60 minutes | £140

For birthworkers who want to expand their understanding, leadership and resilience.

This session offers space to explore:

  • Protecting physiology within medical systems

  • Avoiding unnecessary escalation

  • Navigating induction culture

  • Holding authority without becoming adversarial

  • Managing emotional residue from difficult births

  • Reconnecting with your original calling

This is reflective, strategic and grounded in anatomy, physiology, energetics and decades of lived practice.

Not performative.
Not reactive.
Deep work.

Follow-up resources included.

Because these sessions are held personally and thoughtfully, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice can either be:

  • Rescheduled at no additional cost, or

  • Refunded (minus any payment processing fees).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.

This policy protects dedicated time that has been reserved specifically for you and ensures fairness to other families who may be waiting for support.

If something genuinely urgent or unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible and we will approach it with care.

Thank you for respecting the space we’re holding together.
