If you’re facing a specific decision and want experienced, grounded perspective, this session is for you. Induction. Caesarean. Home birth. Birth environment. Care provider. Something doesn’t feel right and you want to think clearly.
We look at:
What’s being offered
Why it’s being offered
What your options genuinely are
What aligns with your body, your baby and your values
This is not fear-based advice.
It’s calm, physiology-aware thinking rooted in decades of lived experience in birth rooms.
Partners and chosen birth supporters are welcome.
You’ll receive follow-up resource links after the session so you can continue reflecting with confidence.
Because these sessions are held personally and thoughtfully, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice can either be:
Rescheduled at no additional cost, or
Refunded (minus any payment processing fees).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
This policy protects dedicated time that has been reserved specifically for you and ensures fairness to other families who may be waiting for support.
If something genuinely urgent or unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible and we will approach it with care.

Sessions are currently offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
